GURU BHAKTI AND SHRADDHA

During one of the Shibir, SadhguruShri explained 2 most important requirements in Sadhana through this Example SadhguruShri gave a real life example of Shri Shridhara Swami’s Life telling how devotedly he used to serve the Samadhi of his Guru , Swami Rama. He used to do service everyday with such devotion that seeing his Guruseva , a Saint was so pleased that he offered him Samadhi. The reply to this will at once open your mind.The reply from Shridhara Swami was that , ” Kindly forgive me , but when my Guru feels I am worth it , He himself will give me Samadhi ” . That is the level of Guru Bhakthi one must have. Once you have surrendered yourself to your guru , You must have complete belief in him . Your Guru knows about you better than yourself. So without any second thought just believe in his Words. Just as a Child holds the hands of the mother with utmost trust and faith , the same should be your belief on your Guru. Once surrendered, leave everything in his hands , your guru will take care of it. Also another important thing here is How your Sadhana should be. Sadhgurushri always tells us to not expect and repent in Sorrow at any point of time. A Sadhaka must have Patience. You can relate this to the fact that every degree holder has to first start by learning the Alphabet only. Never expect the fast food Culture in Sadhana. But ,No matter how long you do , what you do ,Do your Sadhana Happily , Satisfactorily with complete shraddha and Belief. This is enough for everything to Happen.
